Ohio Gun Authority – No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of firearm sales and federal regulations, Ohio Gun Authority does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on firearms or serialized items.

If a firearm transfer is denied during the background check process, the customer is still responsible for:

 

• Transfer fees

• Shipping costs

• Any return shipping or restocking fees charged by the seller

Non-firearm items may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
