All firearm purchases are subject to federal, state, and local laws. Firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. The buyer is responsible for completing all required background checks and paperwork at the receiving FFL.

Customers must be legally eligible to purchase and possess firearms. Ohio Gun Authority reserves the right to cancel any order that does not comply with applicable laws.
