The BA50 is Bushmaster’s purpose-built, magazine-fed .50 BMG bolt-action platform, designed around the enormous long-range capability of the .50 BMG cartridge. Its distinctive layout and substantial construction make it an immediately recognizable large-caliber precision rifle and an impressive addition to any serious firearm collection.

The included DiscoveryOpt ED-PRS Gen II 5-25x56 is particularly well matched to the BA50. It features 5-25x magnification, a 56mm objective, first-focal-plane reticle, 34mm main tube, illuminated reticle, side parallax adjustment and zero-stop turrets. Most importantly for this setup, DiscoveryOpt specifically rates this optic for .50 BMG recoil. It is also nitrogen purged and IP67 waterproof.
