The Winchester SX4 (Super X4) 12 Gauge is a fast-handling, soft-shooting semi-automatic shotgun designed for hunters and sporting shooters who want reliability, comfortable recoil characteristics and proven Winchester performance.

This example features a 28-inch vent-rib barrel, black synthetic stock and forearm, fiber-optic front sight and Winchester’s gas-operated action. It is in very good used condition, showing only normal signs of previous ownership.

At the heart of the SX4 is Winchester’s self-adjusting Active Valve gas system, engineered to reliably cycle a wide range of shotshell loads while helping manage felt recoil. Winchester complements the gas system with its Inflex Technology recoil pad, which is designed to direct recoil down and away from the shooter’s face. 

The 28” barrel and ventilated rib give the SX4 a natural swing and sighting plane suitable for waterfowl, upland hunting, clays, trap, skeet and general sporting use. The shotgun also uses Winchester’s interchangeable Invector-Plus choke system, allowing the shooter to tailor patterns for different applications.
